Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Development Manager with strong technical expertise to lead, design, and manage CRM workflows, integrations, and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SaaS-based CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Zoho, or Salesforce, and will be responsible for streamlining customer relationship processes to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain CRM workflows, automation, and integration modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM requirements and implement solutions.
  • Integrate CRM with marketing, lead management, and internal communication tools.
  • Analyze CRM performance metrics and generate actionable insights for management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system optimization.
  • Manage CRM data integrity, user access, and security compliance.
  • Train and support internal teams on CRM functionalities and updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working on CRM platforms like LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong technical understanding of API integrations, automation, and workflow logic.
  • Familiarity with data migration, third-party integrations, and CRM customization.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in CRM development or technical CRM management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹40,000.00 per month
