Job Title: Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Unsecured Business Loan
Department: Retail Lending – Unsecured Loans

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Source unsecured business loan applications through direct sourcing, DSA, and referral partners.

  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners and small business customers.

  • Understand business profiles and assess borrower needs to offer the right product fit.

  • Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursal of loan applications.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct preliminary credit checks and coordinate with the credit and operations teams.

  • Ensure strict compliance with KYC, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Track and monitor leads and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new customer segments.

  • Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–5 years of experience in unsecured loan sales.

  • Strong understanding of SME financing, income assessment, and lending processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Experience in working with DSAs, connectors, or Fintech partners is preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
