About the Role

Were looking for experienced Full Stack Developers / Technical Leads (majorly backend-focused) to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade web applications.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and data scientists to deliver modern, secure, and high-performing platforms leveraging the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ), TypeScript, and AWS Cloud.

Youll play a critical role in defining architecture, ensuring best practices in observability, performance, CI/CD, and leading integration efforts across microservices and distributed environments.

Role Levels

1 Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend-Focused)

Ideal For:

Hands-on engineers with deep backend expertise in , TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and solid frontend exposure ).

Key Focus Areas:

• Develop and review clean, scalable code , TypeScript, ).
• Design and optimize relational data models (PostgreSQL).
• Implement best practices in observability, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate across teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Maintain strong documentation, including diagrams and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records).

2 Technical Lead / Full Stack Architect (MERN Stack)

Ideal For:

Technical leaders capable of owning platform design, mentoring teams, and driving architectural decisions.

Key Focus Areas:

• Architect scalable MERN-based systems (React, , MongoDB, ).
• Define and govern API contracts, workflows, and integration strategy with client systems.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams for next-phase platform enhancements.
• Ensure system security, performance, and maintainability through best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end application development and integration across systems.
• Review, refactor, and optimize frontend/backend code for performance and security.
• Manage microservices lifecycle and deployment pipelines using AWS CDK / Jenkins / GitHub Actions.
• Implement authentication (JWT, OAuth, SSO) and security best practices.
• Support infrastructure monitoring and observability (Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Collaborate with distributed teams through all phases of SDLC.
