Key responsibilities

• Student Guidance: Providing personalized advice on educational and career paths, including course selection, admission processes, and future prospects.
• Program Support: Assisting in the development and enhancement of counseling and academic support programs to improve student success.
• Supervision: Mentoring and supervising junior counselors, including training and orientation for new staff.
• Administration: Maintaining records, overseeing general delinquency control, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
• Collaboration: Working with faculty, staff, and external institutions to create a supportive environment for students.
• Strategic Tasks: Conducting one-on-one sessions, identifying suitable programs, and assisting with applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹35,006.28 per month
