Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Retail Associate located in Baddi. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The Retail Associate will manage inventory, ensure proper product displays, and support sales activities. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create meaningful customer connections
• Experience in providing excellent customer-focused service and enhancing the customer experience
• Knowledge of inventory management, including stock maintenance and replenishment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of retail sales and merchandising is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or customer service are an advantage
