Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for a Tele caller on the College Admission Team. The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing program and admission details, addressing queries, and guiding students through the admission process. They will also assist in maintaining accurate records of communications and follow up with prospective students to ensure enrollment goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficient communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in telecalling or sales, particularly in the education sector, is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the College Admission Team and adapt to dynamic working environments
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
