Role Overview

The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving new business by identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, and presenting software solutions that address those needs. This role requires strong communication skills, product understanding, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Present and pitch software solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain pipeline, and update CRM regularly.
  • Collaborate with product team to structure proposals and demos.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms under guidance from the management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong industry and product knowledge to effectively position solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or SaaS/software selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain software products and features.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
