HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring (Facility Management) | Navi Mumbai
We're hiring an HR Recruiter experienced in blue-collar & site-level bulk hiring for Facility Management roles like housekeeping, technicians, electricians, gardeners, operators, and helpers.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end bulk recruitment & mobilization for FM projects
- Daily sourcing, field hiring, walk-ins & vendor coordination
- Maintain worker database, documents & joining formalities
- Coordinate with Operations for on-time site deployment
- Track joining, attrition & replacements
- Maintain hiring MIS, daily reports & recruitment pipeline
Skills Needed
- Experience in mass hiring for FM / Security / Contract Staffing
- Strong field network in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai
- Good communication, negotiation & coordination skills
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Knowledge of blue-collar documentation (Aadhar, PAN, PF/ESIC basics)
Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
- 2–6 years experience in bulk/blue-collar hiring (mandatory)
