Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Pawna Lake, Mawal. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, planning and designing menus, preparing high-quality meals, and ensuring the utmost standards of hygiene and food safety. The Head Chef will also manage kitchen staff, order supplies, and maintain an efficient and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in culinary arts, menu planning, and Indian, Italian, Thai, Continental food preparation
• Proven leadership skills to manage and supervise kitchen staff
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent creativity and ability to design innovative menus
• Ability to work in a high-paced and demanding environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role is preferred
