Purpose & Responsibilities:

IDEX is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to take creative ownership and elevate the visual identity of our clients' brands across web and mobile platforms. As a key member of the design team, you will lead concept development, guide junior designers, and collaborate closely with client mangers to deliver compelling an strategic design solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the design vision, setting creative standards, and building scalable design systems that align with client goals. You will be responsible for projects such as seasonal stores, category landing pages, homepage redesigns, and more. If this excites you, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

o 4+years of Industry Experience.

o A strong portfolio showcasing graphic, UI, and motion/animation work across web and mobile platforms.

o A good grasp of user interface design principles, responsive design, user flows, and wireframing.

o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects),

Figma.

o Previous leadership experience.

o Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed.

o Empathy and advocacy for users, in all areas of work.

o Excellent attention to detail.

o Ability to independently manage and meet deadlines.

o Ability to independently manage stakeholders for projects.

o Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

o Great, positive attitude – we are a highly collaborative and collegial team.

o Desire to learn new things and keep abreast of the world of retailing and e-commerce.
