Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent content creation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Mellow Voyages' brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest).
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
  • Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
  • Monitor trends in the travel industry and leverage them for engaging campaigns.
  • Interact with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and videographers for high-quality output.
  • Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to generate leads.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and suggest innovative strategies to enhance social media growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
  • Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
