Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Product Head located in Dahod. The Branch Product Head will be responsible for devising product strategies, conducting market research, managing and analyzing product performance, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. They will oversee the overall product lifecycle, including planning, development, and execution, while achieving business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills
• Relevant experience in financial services or NBFCs is an added advantage
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment
• Proven track record in achieving business targets and customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
