Business Development Manager-IT Sales

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and build long-term client relationships within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT products, services, or solutions (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud, managed services, etc.) and strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotations.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities such as events, webinars, and campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
