Role Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist with a background in Civil Services preparation for a full-time role at Gyankosha. This is an on-site position based in Gorakhpur. The Product Specialist will support the development and improvement of our educational offerings, analyze user feedback, and ensure alignment with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include engaging with customers to address inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting sales strategies and initiatives related to our education platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise and experience in product specialization, particularly in Civil Services preparatory content.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess product performance, evaluate user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven customer service skills to provide a positive user experience and address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Sales skills and experience in supporting product promotion and driving customer engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferable.
  • Proficiency in understanding Civil Services examination patterns and content requirements is highly desirable.
