About PayNback:

PayNback is a rapidly growing startup transforming local commerce with a digital cashback platform. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Startup Fund Manager to drive our fundraising, investor relations, and financial growth.

Role Overview:

The Startup Fund Manager will lead fundraising initiatives, manage investor relationships, and oversee the efficient deployment of capital to support our scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fundraising Strategy: Identify potential investors, create compelling pitch decks, and lead funding rounds.

  2. Investor Relations: Maintain communication with current and potential investors, providing updates on performance, milestones, and ROI projections.

  3. Financial Planning & Allocation: Manage startup funds, oversee budgets, and ensure capital is efficiently deployed to drive growth.

  4. Due Diligence & Compliance: Ensure funding agreements comply with regulations and protect the company's interests.

  5. Reporting & Analysis: Track financial performance, funding usage, and investor metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

* MBA or equivalent degree in finance/business.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and fundraising.

* Expertise in equity, debt financing, and exit planning.

* Proven experience in managing funds and driving investor confidence.

Experience:

* Strong hands-on experience in startup fundraising and investment management.

* Familiarity with equity/debt structures and exit strategies.
