UI/UX Designer

Prorigo is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that elevate the user experience.

Experience
- 3 to 7 years of software development experience.
- Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize design elements for responsiveness and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain a design system for scalability and consistency.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and interaction design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mock-ups.
- Familiarity with design systems and front-end development constraints.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for better design-to-development handoff.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
