Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated Sales professional to join our Real Estate team. The sales professionals will be responsible for driving sales of residential properties, establishing and maintain client relationship and achieving sales target. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer visits and revisits independently.
  • Manage price negotiations and conduct effective customer discussions.
  • Present project differentiators vs competitors on a monthly basis.
  • Support junior team members in closing and negotiation processes.
  • Assist in offline marketing activities and lead generation.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and customers.

You will be a good fit, if you have

  • 1 to 4 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to support and guide junior staff when needed.
  • Good understanding of project comparisons and positioning.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
