Location: Hyderabad, India — On-site | Full-time

Role & Responsibilities
  • Define and own the end-to-end automation strategy for web and API products—architecture, framework design, test coverage and maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing automation team; participate in hiring, code reviews, and technical mentorship to raise engineering quality.
  • Build and maintain robust, reusable test automation frameworks and libraries using Selenium and API automation tools.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; design automated gating, parallel test execution, and containerised test environments to speed feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and DevOps to define testing strategy, shift-left practices, and measurable quality metrics (coverage, flaky test reduction, release readiness).
  • Drive continuous improvement: troubleshoot automation failures, optimise test suites for reliability and performance, and evangelise best practices in observability and test reliability.
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks for web testing.
  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with proficiency in Python.
  • Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI) and containerisation (Docker).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineers, define QA strategy, and deliver automation at scale in Agile environments.
