With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Our ML Foundations team is responsible for developing the core machine learning capabilities of this conversation platform. We create and maintain essential ML functionalities such as Transcription, Live Translation, Summarization, and various ML annotations.

• Identify crucial engineering requirements, including managing technical debt, integrating technological advancements, and implementing processes to enhance product quality. Define the goal and roadmap, overseeing project priorities, and ensuring their timely execution.
• Serve as a coach and mentor, actively supporting engineers in their career development.
• Develop an understanding of the ML foundation's technical architecture to effectively drive customer success.
• Contribute to the growth and leadership of a vital platform capability, which is constantly evolving, with a concentrated effort on developing foundational ML capabilities aimed at enhancing automation and efficiency across sales and support enterprise businesses.
