Role Overview

Responsible for site execution, quantity estimation, and basic engineering tasks on the construction project. Basic English reading and writing skills and knowledge of simple computer tasks are required. Food and lodging provided on site.

Key Responsibilities

• • Supervise daily site execution and ensure work matches plans and instructions.
• • Do simple quantity estimation for materials and site needs.
• • Guide workers and check the quality and safety at the site.
• • Keep daily records and help with basic measurement checks.
• • Work with the site team and suppliers for smooth work at the site.

Requirements

• • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• • Experience working on construction sites is a plus.
• • Comfortable with basic English and simple computer use (emails, Excel).
• • Good teamwork and problem-solving.
