Role & responsibilities

We are hiring for the role of Corporate IC - Enterprise Sales. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the City Head.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

  • 610 years of experience in Enterprise / Corporate Sales as an Individual Contributor.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing marquee corporate accounts.
  • Experience in Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, IT/SaaS Solutions, Quick-Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, FMCD, or Telecom industries preferred.
  • Exposure to POS Sales, Solution Selling, or EMI Deals is desirable.

Education:

  • MBA in Marketing or Master's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Science.
  • BE/B.Tech graduates with strong sales acumen can also apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Enterprise Sales and Business Development skills.
  • Excellent Client Relationship Management and Negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and align organization offerings accordingly.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with high ownership.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Awareness of Fintech trends, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an added advantage.

  • Displays ownership and a "CEO mindset."
  • Decisive and action-oriented, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Demonstrates creative thinking and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Comfortable working from office (minimum 5 days a week) and open to travel within India.
