Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Junior Dentist to join our team at Health Chakra. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in general dentistry, a keen interest in digital and advanced dental procedures, and a patient-centric approach. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience under expert mentorship while working in a high-quality clinical setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, scaling, and preventive treatments
Participate in dental camps
-Assist in advanced procedures such as laser root canal therapy, smile designing, zirconia crowns, and dental implants
Conduct thorough patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical protocols and hygiene standards
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in training sessions
Work closely with senior dentists and specialists to enhance skills and clinical knowledge
Requirements:
BDS degree from a recognized institution
0-2 years of clinical experience (Freshers with internship experience are welcome)
Strong communication and patient management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to digital dentistry workflows
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
