Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service.
- Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, requisitions, and cost control measures.
- Assist in staff training and development programs.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and safety standards in all outlets.
- Support F&B Manager in planning promotions, events, and menu updates.
- Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and brand standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
