1. Recruitment and Onboarding (Staffing)

Hiring: Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for all restaurant roles, including Waiters, Chefs, Cashiers, Cleaners, and Delivery Staff.

Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with Outlet Managers for final selections.

Documentation: Collect and maintain complete and accurate records for all new hires (e.g., identity proof, bank details, contracts).

Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, work culture, and the restaurant's code of conduct.

2. Administrative & Payroll Management

Attendance Tracking: Accurately track and manage daily employee attendance, shifts, and leaves.

Payroll Input: Assist in preparing monthly payroll by providing accurate attendance and overtime data to the accounts department.

Policy Enforcement: Ensure strict compliance with all company policies regarding working hours, holidays, and hygiene standards.

Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and confidential digital and physical files for all current and former employees.

3. Employee Relations and Development

Conflict Resolution: Act as a fair and neutral point of contact for employees to address and resolve workplace grievances and conflicts effectively.

Performance Support: Assist managers with basic performance reviews and provide feedback mechanisms for staff improvement.

Training Coordination: Coordinate basic training sessions on customer service, soft skills, and essential restaurant hygiene for the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the Hospitality (Restaurant) or Retail industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or the local regional language).

Key Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
