Job Title: Technical Liaison / Product Support

Role Summary:

We're looking for smart, detail-oriented Technical Liaisons to act as the bridge between vendors, buyers, and developers. This is a coordination-based role that doesn't require coding but calls for strong technical understanding, quick problem-solving skills, and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log, report, and track technical issues raised by vendors or buyers to the development team (Inter Smart).
  • Work closely with the onboarding team to troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns.
  • Maintain and update the ticketing or bug-tracking system for streamlined communication.
  • Assist management during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and new feature testing.
  • Document frequently occurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in software support, product coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Proficiency with dashboards, CRMs, and admin panels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and highly organized.
