Role Overview

The Executive Assistant – Fresher (Field Job) will support senior management through on-ground coordination, data collection, documentation, and operational assistance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking exposure to corporate field operations, client interaction, and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior executives in day-to-day field operations and task execution.

  • Conduct regular site visits to gather information, verify data, and monitor operational activities.

  • Coordinate between head office and field teams to ensure smooth communication.

  • Support in preparing and submitting daily and weekly field reports.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and field data files.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and on-site inspections.

  • Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal departments for task completion.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting protocols.

  • Support in basic audits and operational checks as guided by seniors.

  • Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
