Responsibilities:

• Advise management on legal issues related to factory operations and manufacturing compliance.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations governing medical disposables and healthcare manufacturing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
• Handle labor law matters, including disputes, employee rights, and employer obligations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or litigation, if required.
• Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and legal consultants for factory-related compliance.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and ensure timely filing of statutory documents.
• Provide legal support on corporate governance, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. Willing to travel if required.
• Strong knowledge of Factories Act, labor laws, industrial relations, and medical disposables regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle factory-related disputes and compliances independently.
• Keep track of changes in laws relevant to healthcare, manufacturing, and employment, ensuring company policies remain updated.
