SAP PP/DS Lead

Reporting To:

Director, SAP Tech. & Solutions

Work Schedule:

Fully Remote – Bangalore, IN

Responsibilities:

• Work with Global Business Process Owners (GBPO's), Business Process Owners (BPO's) and their team to establish and prioritized MOOG process needs and support legacy processes and application integration.
• Provided guidance and subject matter expertise to support application management processes and defect resolution in their process areas of Manufacturing and Production Planning.
• Drive the design (localization) and deployment of Planning (S/4 HANA and IBP) solution for the rest of Moog sites.
• Converting process requirements into functional specifications, working with development team to unit test.
• Work with process team to complete FUT and deploy into production

• Drive IBP RTI integration design and deployment project.

• Work with BASIS enabling RTI connection.

• Work with development team to prepare FS and unit test.
• Prepare and execute BIT.

• Deploy and sustain.

• Monitor ServiceNow incidents and provide guidance to AMS team driving resolution.

• Adhere to change control process, cross functional impacts, documentation updates.
• Work with process lead and security on planning/scheduling process role alignment.
• Responsible to create and maintain process and technical documentation such as functional technical specification and end user training.
• Maintain Configuration documents, Key Design Documents, WRICEF tracker limited to their area of expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional & technical teams for Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment
• Conduct workshop for functional gap analysis and provide solutions adhering to SAP best practices.
• Support interfaces between SAP/non-SAP and IBP for Planning related processes
• May be required to attend off-hours availability to support critical production issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferably in the technology field or engineering field.
• Must have a minimum of 2 end to end S/4 HANA MRP & PP/DS implementation experience.
• Must have SAP GATP implementation experience.
• Must have a minimum of 2 end to end S/4HANA or APO PP/DS implementation experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of integration points with procurement, order management, aftermarket, material handling and costing.
• Must have a minimum of 2 end to end IBP supply & response connected with S/4HANA or ECC implementation experience.
• Must have a minimum of 3 end to end IBP S&OP implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP planning and procurement relevant master data
• Experience in Planning process integration with other SAP modules.
• Functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management including material flow, information flow and financial flow
• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Core and S/4 HANA Data Model, SAP Fiori Apps.
• Understanding of SAP IBP and integration with S4 HANA
• Understanding of MES and S4 HANA integration
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum processes and testing tools.
• Hands on experience of configuration and design experience with SAP IBP, specifically experience with at least one of these modules - SAP IBP Demand Planning, SAP IBP Response & Supply, SAP IBP Inventory Optimization, or SAP IBP Sales & Operations Planning
• Experience in CPI-DS and SDI flow
• Experience with SAP Master Data; specifically with Business Partners (Customer & Vendor), Material Master, Equipment Master, Production Orders, Routing, MBOMs, etc. and their configurations and issue Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years full life-cycle experience in SAP Production Planning, preferably in S4 HANA 1909 or higher.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP IBP
• Experience with iBASEt Solumina.
• Agile work experience
