Role Overview: The Operations Manager will handle the logistical and backend aspects of influencer marketing campaigns — ensuring flawless coordination between creators, brands, and internal teams. The role demands strong organizational skills, campaign management expertise, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts in sync.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end campaign management — from influencer shortlisting, onboarding, briefing, and deliverable tracking to campaign reporting.

  • Maintain and update YinYang's internal creator database.

  • Leverage personal influencer contacts and networks to enhance campaign performance.

  • Support the strategy and client servicing teams with campaign insights and performance tracking.

  • Coordinate with creators for timely deliverables, content approvals, and payments.

  • Stay up to date with competitor campaigns and ongoing brand collaborations in the market.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing operations.

  • Should have previously worked in or with a competitor agency.

  • Should possess an existing influencer database with strong relationships in the creator community.

  • A fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Aware of ongoing brand collaborations and campaign trends across industries.

  • A team player who is proactive, dependable, and loves the influencer marketing ecosystem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
