We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist with screening resumes to identify qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers. Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records. Ensure compliance with data privacy and retention policies. Organize and update HR databases. Onboarding and Training: Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation. Assist in coordinating training sessions and development programs. Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events. Gather feedback to enhance team morale and workplace satisfaction. HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in administering company HR policies and ensuring adherence to guidelines. Provide employees with information about company benefits, policies, and procedures. HR Projects and Research: Conduct research to support special HR projects, such as policy updates or workforce analysis. Prepare reports and presentations for HR management as needed. Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues. Act as a liaison between employees and the HR team to facilitate smooth communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹8,000.00 per month
