About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing product listings, driving sales, handling promotions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, content, images, and pricing across e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Monitor sales performance, returns, and stock levels regularly.

Execute promotions, campaigns, and discounts to maximize visibility and conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Optimize product pages with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords.

Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketplace trends.

Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis.

Resolve issues related to returns, penalties, and account health.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing sales on Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.

Strong understanding of marketplace operations, inventory management, and online promotions.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
