Job Summary

LawCrust Realty is hiring a Senior – Sales Operations Executive to lead and manage operational tasks for NRI Property Management, Property Regularisation, Construction/Redevelopment projects, and Property Documentation.

This is not a field job. Work is office-based with travel only when required for project supervision or property verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client coordination, ensuring timely responses and professional support.
  • Oversee operational tasks related to:
  • NRI Property Management
  • Property Document Regularisation
  • Redevelopment & Construction support
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting
  • Supervise junior/associate team members and assign operational tasks.
  • Conduct detailed project tracking, create reports, and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, surveyors, lawyers, and architects depending on project needs.
  • Support management in property-related evaluations and on-ground checks (only when needed).
  • Ensure smooth execution of administrative and operational workflows.
  • Prepare weekly status updates, dashboards, and performance records.

Required Skills

  • 2-5 years experience in real estate coordination, property operations, project support, client management, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfort with occasional travel for verification/inspection tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple ongoing cases.
