Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Assam, India. The Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of organizational goals. Responsibilities include handling key administrative tasks, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The individual will work closely with leadership to implement initiatives and maintain effective coordination across departments.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and processes effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative management, planning, and implementation of strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and with stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of the tea industry or experience in the food production sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Assam, India, with flexibility for occasional travel as required.
