Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Configure and customize Experience Cloud sites, including page layouts, navigation, branding, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Maintain documentation for technical architecture, configurations, and customizations.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Mandatory Skills

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) development and configuration.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
  • Expertise in SOQL/SOSL and data handling within Salesforce.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or data migration tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
  • Experience in Experience Cloud site configuration branding, audience targeting, page variations, and security.
