We are seeking a
Project Manager
with strong experience in healthcare technology, particularly in EHR integrations and payer connectivity. In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects, ensure timely delivery of solutions, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to advance healthcare transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    end-to-end project management
    for EHR and payer integration initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (clients, payers, healthcare providers, technical teams, and leadership) to define goals, scope, and deliverables
  • Oversee
    integration projects
    using HL7, FHIR, X12, and API standards for seamless payer-provider data exchange
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful delivery
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing strategies to resolve them quickly
  • Provide
    executive-level reporting
    on project progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Drive
    change management
    to support adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows across client and internal teams
  • Contribute to best practices, templates, and roadmaps for future interoperability and integration projects

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience
    in project management or program delivery, with a focus on healthcare technology
  • Hands-on experience managing
    EHR integrations, payer connectivity, or interoperability projects
  • Familiarity with data standards such as HL7, FHIR, X12, and APIs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
    in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
    , including experience working with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as
    PMP, CSM, Agile SAFe
  • Experience working with multiple EHRs
    (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athenahealth, Allscripts, etc.)
  • Knowledge of payer operations, claims workflows, and healthcare data exchange models
  • Familiarity with project financials, budgeting, or cost-benefit analysis (CBA)
  • Background in healthcare consulting, digital health, or value-based care transformation
