Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Operations & Business Development Manager. The manager will oversee daily operations, manage team workflows, and ensure project timelines are met. Key responsibilities include business strategy implementation, market analysis, client relationship management, and spearheading new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency and driving the company's growth within the educational domain.

Qualifications

  • Operation Management skills including process optimization and team management
  • Business Development skills including market analysis, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Experience with Educational domain projects and familiarity with automation technologies
  • Project Management skills including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to drive cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
