Job Description:
  • Introducing Company to International Prospective Customers.
  • Maintaining Database of Export Customers & finding the Key Person
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
  • Generate and Follow-up on leads generated through own efforts or elsewhere within the organization.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market research on rival products.
  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
  • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Handling complaints of the clients.
  • Must be able to navigate across various departments and follow up on tasks.
  • Handling end to end client projects is intrusive of the entire product life cycle.
  • Manages and marketing activities, participates in sales and marketing events, and represents the company at various community and business development functions to promote the company and its products.
  • Quote prices, terms and other specifications and prepare sales contracts.
