Manager/Sr Manager-Ad Operations

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers handling top-automotive brands
- Strategize, execute & optimize display and video campaigns end-to-end
- Audit, optimize & troubleshoot creatives/tags & deliver with precision
- Drive performance tracking through GA/campaign analytics
- Partner closely with Product, Sales & Business teams to deliver impactful campaigns across the funnel — awareness, consideration & conversion
Desired Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations in a publisher-side/programmatic or similar role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign management and ability to interact directly with clients when required.
- Solid technical knowledge of ad unit creation, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Proven expertise in auditing third-party creative tags and resolving related issues.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA) and familiar with key advertising performance metrics.
- Strong grasp of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies for display and video campaigns. He/she should be aware of how 1st party/2nd party data layering works.
- Understanding of the digital marketing funnel (top, middle, and bottom) and ability to strategize campaigns for awareness, consideration, and performance goals.
- Responsible for collaborating closely with Business and Sales teams to strategize, plan, and execute large or high-impact campaigns.
- Understand the importance of Audit in an organization & support internal/external audits.
