Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: HO - Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 5 years in SAP FI & Controlling, minimum 1 E2E implementation of S4-HANA Public cloud.

Qualification: Any Commerce/management Graduate (required) or MBA - Finance (Preferred)

Industry: Pharmacuticals Manufacturing

Compensation: - Compensation commensurate to the experience and qualification of the candidate

SAP FICO Consultant
with strong functional and technical expertise in
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Finance & Controlling processes, along with a proven track record of delivering at least one end-to-end implementation.

Job Summary

The SAP FICO Consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Finance & Controlling
modules for Natural Capsules Limited. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to analyse business processes, optimise solutions using SAP best practices, ensure smooth integration across modules, and drive project success. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, technical capability, and excellent communication skills suitable for client-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Business Analysis

• Understand client requirements and analyse existing business processes.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities.
• Advise on system utilisation and process optimisation.

2. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FI/CO modules.
• Use SAP Best Practices and standard scope items to configure Finance & Controlling processes.
• Ensure solution alignment with business needs and compliance standards.

3. Process Optimisation

• Identify improvement areas and propose enhancements using S/4HANA functionalities.
• Implement continuous improvement solutions for Finance and Controlling.

4. Integration Management

• Ensure seamless integration between S/4HANA modules and external systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support ABAP/CDS/BTP extensions when required.

5. Testing & Go-Live Support

• Prepare test scenarios, support system testing, and lead UAT.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilisation.

6. Documentation, Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and SOPs.
• Train business users on new functionalities and processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams for sustainability.

7. Project Management & ALM Support

• Use
  SAP Cloud ALM
  to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and ensure adherence to milestones.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in
  SAP FI & CO
  modules.
• Mandatory experience in
  S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance implementation
  .
• Understanding of Finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Controlling.
• Experience with SAP extensibility tools (ABAP, CDS Views, SAP BTP – optional but beneficial).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification
  preferred.
