Location: Raipur & Raigarh (Chhattisgarh)

Experience: 3–10 Years (Lubricants / Oil & Gas / Industrial Sales)
- Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Industrial Lubricants will be responsible for promoting and selling Mobil Industrial Lubricants to industrial customers in Raipur & Raigarh. The role includes managing key accounts, developing new industrial customers, increasing product penetration, and achieving sales targets for Mobil oils, greases, hydraulic oils, gear oils, and specialty lubricants.
Key Responsibilities
*Industrial Market Expansion*
Develop new industrial clients from steel plants, rolling mills, fabrication units, mining companies, cement plants, engineering units, and automobile OEMs.
Achieve sales and volume targets for Mobil Industrial Lubricants.
Conduct plant visits and suggest correct lubrication solutions based on machinery needs.
Technical & Product Knowledge
Provide technical guidance on Mobil lubricants such as:
* Hydraulic Oils
* Gear & Compressor Oils
* High-Temperature Greases
* Engine Oils (Industrial & Commercial)
* Specialty Lubricants
* Assist clients in product selection, application, and performance benefits.
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain relationships with purchase, maintenance, and plant teams.
* Conduct client meetings, product demos, and lubricant performance discussions.
* Handle queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Sales Operations
* Create sales plans for Raipur & Raigarh territory.
* Ensure proper stock movement, distributor coordination & timely supply.
* Follow up for payments and credit management.
Reporting & Coordination
* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
* Coordinate with distributors, warehouse, and technical support team.
* Update management on market trends, pricing changes, and customer requirements.
. Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in Engineering / Mechanical / MBA / Commerce.
* 4+ years of experience in Industrial Lubricants or Industrial Products Sales.
* Strong knowledge of Mobil products and industrial lubrication.
* Excellent communication, negotiation & technical selling skills.
* Ability to travel regularly across Raipur & Raigarh.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM & reporting.
