Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Java Developer with strong expertise in Angular and Kafka to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, ensure security standards, and maintain code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend/frontend development.

Required Skills & Experience : -

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java (Spring Boot / Microservices).
  • Strong experience in Angular (latest versions) for frontend development.
  • Proven expertise in Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, stream processing).
  • Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, WebSockets .
  • Experience with RDBMS / NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have : -

  • Knowledge of railway/transportation industry domain.
  • Familiarity with event-driven microservices at scale.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
