Ahp Operator

Develop and structure decision-making hierarchies for foundry-related problems (e.g., alloy selection, casting process alternatives, equipment procurement).

Conduct pairwise comparisons of criteria and alternatives based on expert inputs and production data.

Generate judgment matrices and calculate priority vectors using AHP methodology.

Analyze results and provide recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.

Perform consistency checks and ensure the reliability of input judgments.

Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to gather necessary data and expert input.

Document all AHP processes, assumptions, and outcomes for traceability and future reference.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities through decision analysis.

Use software tools (such as Expert Choice, Super Decisions, or custom Excel models) to run AHP calculations.

Train and support other staff in the use of AHP methodology as needed.
