Job Title: Admin Assistant – Factory

Role Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role includes handling office tasks, managing communications, and supporting team members with administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.

· Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.

· Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.

· Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.

· Order office supplies and manage inventory.

· Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.

· Assist in organizing company events, travel, or meetings.

· Perform other general office duties as assigned.

· Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar and appointments.

· Screen and direct emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.

· Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

· Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

· Handle confidential information with discretion.

· Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

· Assist with personal tasks as required.

Requirements:

· Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

· Experience: 4–5 years of experience in administrative role (preferably in an industrial/factory setting).

Skills:

o Strong verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)

o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

o Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

o Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Work Environment:

· Interaction with multiple departments including HR, Admin, Security, and Operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
