*Job Summary:*

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to promote our products or services. The goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales through digital channels.

*Key Responsibilities*

  1. Digital Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Curate and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email marketing.

Work closely with design and content teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.

  1. SEO & SEM

Conduct keyword research and execute on-page/off-page SEO strategies to boost rankings and visibility.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI.

  1. Social Media Management

Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

Stay updated on trends, tools, and algorithm changes to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

  1. Email Marketing

Create and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.

Segment audiences and personalize communications based on engagement and user behavior.

  1. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.

Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

*Qualifications & Skills*

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.

Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative, data-driven, and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
