Job Summary
Associate around 3 to 4 years' experience in handling portfolio management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders in budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure alignment with organizational financial goals
  • Prepare financial forecasts and projections for ongoing and upcoming quarters and year
  • Conduct financial analysis, analyze variances between budgets and actual costs, provide insights and recommendations
  • Implement and maintain financial tracking process and system to monitor performance against financial objectives
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and ability to think for areas to automate and suggest
  • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for project stakeholders, senior management and executive leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leaders to provide financial insights and support
  • Ensure to adhere to financial policies, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure readiness for financial audits, conduct internal audit with a cadence related to financials.

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce
  • 3 years of experience in handling Portfolio Management Operations
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgets, invoicing, SOWs and portfolio management processes
  • Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good to have knowledge in project management technologies
