As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, forging strong broker and corporate relationships, and executing a robust sales strategy to achieve occupancy and profitability targets across our Connekt centre in Jaipur. If you're performance-driven, relationship-oriented, and thrive in a high-growth environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales for our coworking centre in Jaipur
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue and occupancy targets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners & IPCs
  • Identify and convert B2B leads — startups, SMEs, corporates & enterprise clients
  • Conduct centre tours, handle negotiations, and close deals confidently
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, lead conversion, and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate with operations & marketing teams to align sales with business objectives
  • Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to optimise sales strategy

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4–5 years of sales experience — preferably in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or B2B space selling
  • Strong network of corporate clients and broker partners in Jaipur (preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-focused and able to work with autonomy
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Management, Hospitality (preferred)
