We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project activities in the Civil / Marine / Ocean Engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle for successful completion.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and present periodic project reports, documentation, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, delegate tasks, and supervise day-to-day project activities.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and software.
  • In-depth understanding of engineering standards, construction practices, and marine/civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Qualification & Experience

  • Candidates must possess a B.Tech / M Tech in Civil Engineering, Marine Civil Engineering, or Ocean Engineering with 15–18 years of substantive experience in Project Management, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
