Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective students based on provided data.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads interested in our educational programs.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update their progress regularly.

2. Information Dissemination:

  • Provide comprehensive information about our courses, benefits, and admission requirements.
  • Address inquiries and concerns effectively to help potential students make informed decisions.

3. Documentation and Process Management:

  • Assist applicants in completing necessary documentation and application forms.
  • Manage the end-to-end process, including document collection and verification.

4. Cross-Selling and Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell related programs or services to applicants.
  • Upsell additional educational offerings to maximize revenue.

5. Conversion:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques and persuasion to convert leads into admissions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.

6. Relationship Building:

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with prospective students.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to keep leads engaged throughout the admission process.
