1. Business Associate (US Staffing Sales)

Job Description:

· Generating New Business and clients.

· Acquiring New IT Positions from the clients.

· Maintains an ongoing relationship with both prospective and existing clients.

· Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

· Contacting potential clients via e-mail or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

· Should have knowledge in lead generation, client interaction, cold calling and gathering requirements.

2. Business Associate (Bench Marketing)

Job Description:

· Marketing the available candidates on bench for positions all over the USA.

· Has to work with H1B, TN Visa, EAD, Green Card and US Citizens

· Exposure on various tax-terms like - C2C, W2, 1099.

· Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, dice, monster, career builder and social networking sites

· Build networks of candidates to accommodate for current and future client demands

· Compile, track and analyze sales and distribution metrics.

· Reach out maximum number of requirements which are open in the market and establish and manage relationships with Employers and third party agencies.

· Speaking with Vendor/Hiring Managers on regular basis to get the open positions which match bench consultants.

· Dedicated to the US recruitment process with the responsibility to marketing staffing needs based on the client and vendor requirements.

· Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzz words in the industry.

3. US IT Recruiter

Job Description:

· Handle end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

· Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)

· Negotiating compensation to close a candidate and hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

· Using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch and LinkedIn.

· Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.

· Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
