Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction & Sales
  • Meet walk-in clients, understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Present product ranges, finishes, and solutions effectively.
  • Generate quotations, follow up, and close sales.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure referrals and repeat business.

2.Design Development

  • Create functional and aesthetic modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior layouts using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.).
  • Suggest appropriate materials, finishes, and color palettes.
  • Prepare mood boards, presentations, and 3D views for client approvals.

3.Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with the production/installation team for seamless execution.
  • Ensure designs are feasible within technical and production constraints.
  • Work closely with site supervisors for on-time delivery and quality control.

4.Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, conversions, and client feedback.
  • Report weekly progress to management.
